Choosing the right location helps bring your photos to life. Below are a few of my favorite locations that offer beautiful scenery, great lighting, and timeless backdrops for your session. From open fields and mountain views to private hidden gems, each location provides a unique setting to capture your story.

These are a few of my favorite locations to capture your story. I’m happy to travel up to 45 minutes from Henderson for your session. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond that distance.

    • Mount Falcon West Trailhead: stunning open views, trees, and scenic overlook spots.

    • Red Rocks: Dramatic rock formations & stunning sunset light. Perfect for bold, scenic portraits.

    • South Valley Park: Beautiful red rocks & nature but less crowded than Red Rocks.

    • Chautauqa Park: Beautiful mountain backdrop with open fields and iconic views.

    • Private Family Farm - Ft Lupton: A hidden gem on the South Platte river with beautiful open space, mature trees, natural scenery, & props.

    • Barr Lake State Park: Boardwalks, tall grass, and sunset light.

    • Riverdale Regional Park: Trees, bridges, barns, and open space.

    • RiNo Art District: One of the best mural and street art areas in the city for colorful photos.

    • City Park: One of the most famous skyline views in Denver. You can capture the downtown skyline with the Rocky Mountains behind it.

    • Civic Center Park: Great for photos with the gold dome of the Colorado State Capitol and downtown buildings.

    • Union Station: Beautiful architecture and great lighting inside and outside.

    • Byron White Courthouse: Beautiful architecture, grand columns, and a timeless urban backdrop.
